me and boatswain

i went to his room to give my letter recommendation which i had while i was on previous ship, i knocked his door and he opened it so he let me in and i started to explain everything about my last training on HRO, he listened but i got bit supprised when he said i feel sorry because you're javanesse and moslem...., those words that i could never forget to till now, those comments has nothing to do with my subject, eventhough i know there were 2 sailor as a trainee, 1 . as controler clerk, 2. as ISO clerk. everyone has a right to think abput his career. so what could we have morewhile we're on deck dept, the highest positoon is on boatswain.

This is funniest situation that i've ever had, we live on board but there was something racistm,and in my opinion no racist on board but at i was wrong about that.

I admitted that he had a strong leadership that can control us tightly,but often tends to corrupt and make his team split into two groups, namely a group aligned to the group itself and the opposition.

The last time i heard about him, he allready retired because of his medical.

I am saying will we have the same situation in the future in HAL?
