Between big and small ship

There's big different working on big ship and small ship, bassicly they do the same job but in small ship more complex, we could say more sweating than big ship:
here's the compare:
Big ship : 6 man for watch keeping duty, for more extra job is more easy, Tender driver, handling all wooden stuff, like stein varnishing the wood, chair, small ship do the same things to as quartermaster job.

Day worker : it's different with Ab/os in big ship, small ship All Ab do on bridge duty and ship's maintaining, off course handling for all the line, winches, as boatman too.

just because the number of crew smaller than big ship, every one here must do 1 man show but in the big ship those job can be separated with many crew on it.
And that's why in small ship we could make more money in the last few years but that is a history, the last time i jointed on windstar i could get at leas 900usd/mounth. this income getting lower every year almost the same price with big ship.
