Departemen who duties and responbilities in case of nautical. such as maintenance,control of navigation on the bridge, providing security of ships, control of waste ship with engine department.

Duty and responsible for matter relating to engines, water supply, waste processing machinery and ship maintenance infrasturcture.
Hotel department
This departement perfoms and provides services and comfort of our guest.
All crew basically have the main task of providing comfort and service to our guest, of course not separated from the task in the own unit.
Cruise line can also say as a small nation, in which consist of various tribes and skipper is highest leader.
Every persons who work on board have their own motivation and own goal.like career.go travelling arround the world, hobby, and especially that we can't denied is because of money .carrer. Highest career is only valid for the crew with a certain nationality. sometimes not of skill but more based on blind obedience.
